Step2:
Remove the belly pan from under the car
Step3:
-With your screwdriver, remove end caps on both upper & lower tensioner pulleys. Removing the caps will expose the torx50
Remove AC Belt
-Starting with the a/c belt, go under the car and insert the torx50 holding the tensioner clockwise, releasing pressure on the belt. Remove belt while holding pulley down.
**If you're having clearance problems getting the torx50 to the lower tensioner you can use a 17mm wrench to relieve the tension on a bolt located to the right of the tabs. You can then use a rod and stick it through the tabs that line up with a hole.
Remove and reinstall new belt with ribs aligned properly
Serpentine Belt
-From the top, insert the torx50 and relieve tension by holding the pulley clockwise. Remove belt. You must now go under the car or reach down and work the belt carefully around the fan
-Wrap the new belt around the fan and install, make sure the belt is not twisted and is set properly around each pulley with ribs in place. Using the torx50 hold tension down while fitting belt. Relieve tension and your serpentine belt is installed.
Setp6:
Button up your car and safely remove from jack-stands.
